Turkish Cooking: Hunkar Begendi -Thurs, April 13, 2023, 6:00 PM -9:30 PM

Hunkar Begendi is a traditional Turkish dish of tender lamb braised with tomatoes and onions in a smoky Eggplant Cream. It is the centerpiece of our Turkish menu which also includes a cold cucumber soup, and Hazelnut Baklava.

Yucatecan Cooking, Mexico - April 27th, 6:00-9:30pm

One of Yucatan's iconic dishes is Cochinita Pibil, Pork roasted in banana leaves in an earthen oven made by digging a hole in the ground . Shelley recreates this dish in a conventional oven as the centerpiece for this class.

A Taste of Provence - May 4th, 6:00-9:30pm

Spring and Lamb just go together, so take a culinary journey to Provence, France as we recreate some local specialties.
