Join Chef Shelley Wiseman at The Aaron Burr House for this Sweet and Savory Pies and Tarts class. Hone your crust making skills as you learn to make three great winter pies and tarts. If we have time while waiting for the pies/tarts to cook we will discuss Thanksgiving menu ideas. Bring along your own favorite Thanksgiving Pie/Tart or side dish recipe to share if you like—preferably typed up on your computer and sent to the group after the reminder email the day before class.
