A Taste of Provence - May 4th, 6:00-9:30pm

Spring and Lamb just go together, so take a culinary journey to Provence, France as we recreate some local specialties.

Brandade (salt cod puree) Crostini

Butterflied Leg of Lamb with Provencal Herb Pesto Diced Roasted Potatoes

Fruit Clafoutis (between a crepe and a custard, with fruit and brandy)

Middle Eastern Vegetarian - May 18th, 6-9:30pm

Whether you are vegetarian or not, enjoy the spring weather with these refreshing Middle Eastern Salads. The meal is rounded out with Falafel and homemade pita bread, which could be cooked on the grill all summer!
